Established in 2007 by Claire De Vos, an experienced building surveyor, De Vos Consultancy Ltd provides a range of professional services to commercial, residential and corporate clients.

Our experience ranges from expert witness, technical services, party wall matters and landlord and tenant matters, to other professional work including expert witness inspection, trading standard reports and dilapidations.

We have strong links with other building professionals and can quickly assemble a multi-disciplinary team but we remain the main point of contact.

We recognise the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and work hard to meet our commitments.  We aim to deliver a personal service of the highest professional standards.  The business is regulated by the RICS giving clients confidence in the quality of service they can expect.
