We can advise on recommended maintenance works and can act as managers to oversee the works.
We can carry out compliance and service contract audits. Where planned works may affect neighbouring properties we can act as party wall surveyors.
We are well versed in the latest fire safety legislation and can carry out a fire risk assessment for the protection and safety of all inhabitants.
