Insurance Claim – Commercial Premises
De Vos Consultancy Ltd holds a Designated Professional Body Licence, and is regulated by the RICS to undertake General Building Insurance Activities.
In this case, a residential property sited about a commercial unit was destroyed by fire, which resulted in a number of building related insurance claims, for building reinstatement, contents and loss of rental income.
De Vos Consultancy Ltd was able to assess the remedial works required for reinstatement of both the commercial and residential units, and liaise with the insurer on behalf of the client to gain agreement for the scope and extent of the claim, before tendering a specification of works and managing the reinstatement.
